Our award-winning Chef/Owner, Tim Kendall, has meticulously crafted our menus to suit a wide variety of tastes. Each dish reflects his deep passion for honest, flavourful food made with care. Tim’s culinary talents are second to none — he was named Junior South West Chef of the Year in 2016 and went on to win South West Chef of the Year in 2018. More recently, he’s returned to the competition as a judge, helping to nurture and develop the region’s emerging culinary talent.
